I appreciate your sincerity and idealism but thats the kind of legalistic trap a lot of churches fall into. The one size fits all approach. This is a battle I have personally experienced myself and tryed to deny myself some kinds of medication in the past that I actually needed. When I go to the dentist I want a shot of cocain to deaden the pain. Ha Im a big baby and quirm as it is just to see that needle coming at me but........ Last time I got a tooth pulled that was absessed I was thanking the Lord I couldnt feel it. I wasnt ready for a cruxifiction at that moment in time I had to die to self as it was just to be there.
