Today at sundown around the world begins the Day of Atonement, or special Sabbath, the tenth day after the beginning of RosHasHanah. This is the day, the high priest was to go into the Holy Place and use the Lord's sacred Name and ask for the forgiveness of his people's sins. If he came out alive, the Lord had heard his prayers of sincerity, and all would be well for the next
year.

So if physical Israel celebrates this holy day in accordance with the Lord's directions, how much more should we, who are spiritual Israel ?

But we don't di it for a nation as spiritual Israel has not formed yet, but only for ourselves to ask the Lord;s forgiveness for our sins for thinking flesh and blood nations are annointed by him to sin.

We need to ask the Lord to forgive us for thinking
He will bless further violence and bloodshed done in His Name. We need to get in the Spirit and stay in the Spirit and not become lead astray by others through intimidation and force. We need to ask the Lord for wisdom and discern so we are not party to the crimes of the past, present and future. We need to come out from among them in heart and soul so that we can enter into his Divine Presense without blood on our hands, We need to see what He is allowing in the Spirit so we can do what we can to save the wounded and lost sheep of His Kingdom.

We need to pray with all our heart, soul, mind and strength today, in my humble opinion because it is a very sacred day, for it is the DAY OF ATONEMENT.
