Well Jay you said a real mouth full and I would have to agree with what you said. It is so true a lot of people are drug abusers not users. My main point and I think you clarified it enough that we can agree is we dont want to get legalistic about anything because God works in mysterious ways and sometimes we have to trust him like I do when I go to the doctor or take some type of medicine and we have to pray and not just follow blindly trusting in the doctor and not really in the Lord. I think balance is so important. It is a frequent lesson Ive been learning the past few years. I just have a problem with some people taking a hard core legalistic stance in particular.
