I can see how this prophecy from Nostradamas is true.:
Right now we are in the New Century" 2000,2001 which have been significant years as we were approaching into them or 5 or more years ago.
I would take it to mean that "The King of Terror" is the infamous Osamah bin Laden.

Anyone with a general knowlege can see that this
explains itself.

If you have a general knowledge of the Bible and the of the current events of the last 40 years you can see that it is Israel and the Palistinians he is talking about here.According to the Bible the Jews and the Arabs are brothers.They are being torn apart by the feud over the Land that was once Palistine because of greed and their fortress walls are falling.
It also signifies the begining of ww3.New York City's Twin Tower area has been smoking for almost a week now which means ,"something is burning" and the Americans are going to war which could very well be the begining of the #rd world war.
